Our Month Of Coordination package provides you with the following & more:

• An online planning folder for you to keep track of all your documents and information in order to prepare for our first meeting one month before your wedding/event

 

• Availability one month prior to your wedding/event by email and phone to answer any questions you may have pertaining to your event details from top to bottom

• A detailed and well-organized day-of timeline that we share with your vendors and coach them on its content

​

• If applicable: Organization and leading of your wedding rehearsal and meeting with your wedding party to communicate the details of the day-of timeline

​

• Day-of management for your wedding/event by at least two One In A Millan Coordinators

​

• Coordinating with your vendors to ensure everything is running smoothly and according to plan

​

• Oversee the marriage license (if applicable) and ensure it gets signed

​

• A Bridal Emergency Kit with anything you may need on your day

​

• Facilitation and management of all decor setup and take-down with vendors in all event areas

​

• Ensuring the day's events are running smoothly and on time

​

• Be prepared for any situations that may arise and be the go-to person for all questions and concerns on the day of your wedding/event
